at the point of contact in march 2017, Junior was staying with Sandy on the streets. He was always engaged in street robberies and pick-pocketing for survival. He had dropped out of school in 2014 in P3. He was also addicted to drugs; using kerosene and marijuana. Before going tp the streets, he was staying with his grand father after. He was abandoned by the father who had separated from his mother. due to the negligence and torture at his grandfather's home, he decided to flee to the street.
